Kenneth B. Glasser, CPIM, C.P.M., is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sourcing, contracts management, and supply chain operations. Currently serving as a Board Director at APICS-Massachusetts Minuteman Chapter since January 2000, Kenneth is transitioning from the role of Director of Programs to Director of Website. At Axcelis Technologies, spanning from 2000 to the present, Kenneth holds the position of Global Sourcing / Contracts Manager, focusing on strategic sourcing, supplier development, and negotiation of multi-year contracts. Kenneth has also contributed significantly to the New England Supply Chain Conference as Chair-Emeritus since 2017, having previously served as Conference Chair from 2008 to 2016. Previous roles include Senior Buyer/Planner at AMETEK Aerospace from 1990 to 2000 and Senior Buyer at GE Aerospace/Ametek Aerospace from 1986 to 2000, where contributions included strategic procurement and MRP system implementation. Kenneth earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business / Management Information Systems from the University of Massachusetts Lowell between 1977 and 1981.
