Yiğit Çay

Yiğit Çay is a highly experienced aerospace professional currently serving as a Senior Satellite Systems Engineer and Project Manager at Axelspace since December 2021. With a foundational role as a spacecraft systems engineer across multiple projects, Yiğit has also held positions such as Assistant Space Systems Engineer. Academic qualifications include a Doctorate in Aerospace Engineering from Kyushu Institute of Technology, completed in 2021, and multiple degrees from Istanbul Technical University, encompassing both Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering. Prior to current roles, Yiğit gained hands-on experience through internships, including a position at TUSAŞ Engine Industries Inc. and an early internship in mechanical engineering.
