Jacques De Gersigny

Jacques de Gersigny currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Axess, a role initiated in April 2024, where responsibilities include overseeing operations in after-sales service, spare parts, and body & paint, with a focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Prior to this, Jacques held multiple senior positions at ENL Group, including Head of Operations and Quality Excellence from 2012 to April 2024, and Group Head of Technology and Operational Excellence. Additional experience includes roles at APM/CPM, Expand Technology, the Max Planck Institute in Germany, and Neurosys in France. Jacques holds an MBA from HEC Paris and a Master's degree in Mathematics and Intelligent Systems from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III.
