Abdul Hakam

Abdul Hakam is an experienced professional in human resources and people development, currently serving as Executive in People Development & Culture at Axiata Digital Labs since November 2023. Responsibilities include managing Learning Management Systems, developing individualized learning paths, and coordinating certification programs. Previous roles include HR Business Partner intern at MAS Holdings and Human Resources intern at Rizing Consumer Industries, focusing on onboarding and interview scheduling. Educational qualifications comprise a Chartered Qualification in Human Resources Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, as well as a diploma from AAT Sri Lanka.
