Feroz Ahamed

Feroz Ahamed is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client services and technology management across various organizations. Currently serving as Head of Client Services - APAC at Axiata Digital Labs since October 2022, Feroz is responsible for driving client engagement and success through strategic account management. Previously, as General Manager - Technology at Richardson Technologies, Feroz led innovative projects in smart city technologies and IoT initiatives. Feroz has a strong background in network quality management at Bharti Airtel Lanka, where numerous technological initiatives and trials were successfully completed. Feroz's career began at Dialog Telekom PLC, focusing on radio network planning. Feroz holds an MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management and a BSc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Peradeniya.
