Shelan Peiris

Shelan Peiris is currently the Head of Software Engineering CEG - Senior Architect at Axiata Digital Labs, where Shelan designs application architecture, develops, deploys, and maintains digital solutions for clients. With a strong technical background in various technologies, Shelan has also contributed to achieving CMMI Version 2. Previously, at Dialog Axiata PLC, Shelan held positions such as Unit Manager/Tech Lead - Software Engineering and Assistant Manager - Converged Charging Solutions, where Shelan led project teams, drove digital transformation, and participated in innovation initiatives. Shelan holds a BSc in Computing, a Diploma in Fintech, and is pursuing an MBA in Business Administration and Management.
