Naveen Mishra serves as the Vice President of Group Business Operations at Axiata since October 2019, overseeing business operations for select operating companies across the APAC region and focusing on performance management and strategic initiatives. Previously, Naveen held roles at Frost & Sullivan as Associate Director for Digital Transformation and Industry Principal for Telecom, providing consulting on digital transformation and telecommunications strategies. Naveen also led the Telecoms Practice at CyberMedia Research and managed the Communications Research & Consulting Practice at IDC India. Naveen's education includes an MBA in Marketing, IT & Systems and a Master's in Computer Applications from ICFAI Business School, along with a Bachelor's in Commerce from the University of Rajasthan.
