Jason SooHoo is an Embedded Flight Software Engineer at Axient since June 2023, previously serving as an Embedded Flight Software Engineering Intern. Jason holds significant experience as a FIRST Robotics Mentor for Wolfpack Robotics 3859, where responsibilities include managing and guiding software students in real-world project environments. As a Student Software Lead, Jason programmed the competition robot for a high school robotics team. Jason also worked as a Lab Lead for Cal Poly Corporation, creating and leading programming curricula in Python and Arduino C/C++ for middle to high school students. Prior experience includes a role as a Special Events Rec Leader at the Cosumnes Community Services District. Jason obtained a General Studies GED from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and is currently pursuing further education at California State University-Sacramento.
