Morrison's appellate work encompasses patent infringement, supply contract disputes, fraud claims, products liability, medical malpractice, civil rights, and tax exemption issues. Previously, Morrison served as a partner at Day, Berry & Howard LLP from 1975 to January 2007, where responsibilities included heading the Trial Practice and chairing the Executive and Partnership Compensation Committees. Education includes a JD from Duke University School of Law and a BA in History from the College of the Holy Cross.
