David Phillips, SHRM-CP, serves as the Director of Human Resources at Axiom Resource Management, Inc. since 2010. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Staffing Coordinator, Recruiter, and Assistant Facility Security Officer at Temporaries Now, Inc. from 2008 to 2010, where David recruited personnel for government contractors and Fortune 500 companies, and supported security operations using the Joint Personnel Adjudication System. Prior military service in the US Army from 2002 to 2006 included responsibilities as a Senior Scout Observer, leading surveillance and reconnaissance operations in Afghanistan, and training in infantry maneuvers. David holds a B.A. in Global Affairs from George Mason University.
