Raquel Jaeger

Raquel Jaeger is a skilled professional with extensive experience in mission operations and research. Currently serving as a Mission Operations Payloads Engineer at Axiom Space, Raquel leads the Axiom Research Officer team and is responsible for lessons learned for the Ax3 mission to the International Space Station. Prior to this role, Raquel worked at Leidos as a Research Scientist and Solution Architect, focusing on life and physical science experiments in microgravity. Raquel's background includes positions as a Tutor Analyst at General Academic, Inc., a Research Assistant at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, and internships in research and employer relations at various institutions. Raquel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology and Infectious Diseases from The University of Texas at Austin, complemented by international study at the University of Nottingham.
