Girish Paranjpe

Girish Paranjpe is the current Director at Axis Bank. Girish has over 25 years of experience in the corporate world, holding various positions in companies such as Bloom Energy, Wipro, and Wimco.

Paranjpe began their career in 1985 as the financial controller at Wimco. Girish then moved to Wipro in 1990, where they became the Joint CEO of Wipro's IT business. After a 21-year stint at Wipro, Paranjpe left to join Bloom Energy in 2011 as the Managing Director of Bloom International. Girish was responsible for all international operations of Bloom Energy. In 2013, they left Bloom Energy to join Axis Bank as the Director.

Girish Paranjpe studied at the University of Mumbai where they completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Economics and Accounting. Girish also attended Daly College where they completed Year 11 in English and Maths.
