Michael Millegan

Michael Millegan is the current director at AXIS Capital. Michael has held many notable positions at various companies throughout their career. Michael was previously the SVP and Area President at Verizon Communications from January 2000 to December 2007. There, they were responsible for sales, marketing, operations and engineering and introduced new cloud platform and IP broadcast technology. Michael also successfully completed union negotiations in 5 states. From September 2007 to January 2014, Millegan was the President at Verizon Global Wholesale, responsible for the P&L of Verizon’s domestic and international wholesale unit. Michael was also a member of Verizon Leadership Committee decision team (top 15 executives at Verizon) and frequently presented to Verizon’s Board of Directors. Prior to their work at Verizon, Millegan was the Wireless Technology Group and MAG 3 LLC.

Michael Millegan has a Master's degree in Business Administration from Angelo State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the same school.
