Joe Dimino serves as the VP of Sales for New Products & New Markets at Axon since September 2012, overseeing specialized Public Safety sales teams focused on innovative product initiatives and expanding into new markets such as Corrections and Education. Joe's extensive experience includes leadership roles in sales, product creation, and strategy, significantly contributing to the launch of Axon Records, a complex incident management system for law enforcement. Joe has also managed teams responsible for developing various software products, enhancing situational awareness, and integrating cloud solutions with body cameras and other equipment. Prior to Axon, Joe gained experience as an Institutional Advancement Intern at Road Scholar, where research on Canadian tourism informed new marketing strategies. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Accounting, and Hispanic Studies from Boston College, alongside studies at Universidad Alberto Hurtado and American University of Kuwait.
