Mr. Weithers joined Axonic in 2019 as an Operations Associate and moved to the investment team in 2022. Prior to Axonic, he worked at Shelter Growth Capital Partners where he supported an active fixed income trading desk and handled the operations behind a number of Shelter Growth’s loan fundings. Prior to Shelter Growth Capital Partners, Mr. Weithers was a Senior Associate at State Street. He graduated with a B.S. in Management from Boston College.
