Dewen Shi is currently a Quality Engineer at Axonics, Inc. since May 2023, following a role as a Supplier Quality Engineer at Abbott Vascular from November 2018 to May 2023, where responsibilities included leading projects for material zero-defects, conducting nonconformance investigations, and collaborating with international suppliers. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant Scientist at Advanced Sterilization Products from January 2017 to November 2018, contributing to product registration in China and conducting various efficacy tests. Dewen's career also includes a Senior Lab Technician position supporting FDA 510(k) clearance of medical devices and tutoring for Varsity Tutors. Dewen gained research experience at Vullev Lab as both a Volunteer Researcher and Undergraduate Researcher, focusing on advanced microscopy and circuit analysis. Dewen earned a Bioengineering degree from the University of California, Riverside in 2015.
