Xuechen Huang is a seasoned biomedical engineer with a comprehensive background in neuromodulation technology and medical device development. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Biomedical Engineering at Axonics, Inc. since October 2017, Xuechen has progressed through various roles, including Principal Biomedical Engineer and Manager of Biomedical Engineering. At Axonics, the focus has been on commercializing innovative implantable technology for incontinence therapies. Prior experience includes leading research and development for a class III wireless neuromuscular stimulator at General Stim Inc from August 2013 to September 2017. Xuechen also contributed to advanced research in implantable medical devices during tenure as a Graduate Research Fellow at the University of Southern California and has a robust academic foundation with a Ph.D. and M.S. in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the same institution, complemented by a Bachelor's degree from Southern Medical University.
