Portia Jones

Portia Jones is a seasoned Senior Product Designer at Axonify, with a strong background in user-centered design, project leadership, and team mentorship. Since joining Axonify in November 2019, Portia has led the design process for various projects, collaborated on multiple game developments, and contributed to the design system by creating custom icons and optimizing the color palette. Prior experience includes serving as an Interaction Designer at PerkinElmer, Inc., where Portia developed UX strategies and managed design prototypes, as well as a Digital Service Design Intern with the Ontario Government, focusing on service design and user research. Earlier work experience includes a role as a Digital Content Producer and Bridal Consultant at Bridal Temptations. Portia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Global Business and Digital Arts from the University of Waterloo.
