Rita May Graham

Rita May Graham, CHRP, has extensive experience in talent development and learning initiatives, currently serving as the Talent Development Programs Manager at Axonify since July 2018, after previously holding the role of Learning & Development Specialist. Rita served as a part-time instructor for the Human Resources Management Program at Conestoga College from May 2019 to May 2021. Prior experience includes positions at Hatch from May 2011 to July 2018, where Rita worked as a Learning and Development Coordinator and Differentiated Services Assistant Coordinator. Rita holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from McMaster University and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Wilfrid Laurier University.
