Nina Kontos

Nina Kontos is an experienced leader in internal communications and talent development, currently serving as Senior Director of Global Talent, Experience & Internal Communications at Axonius since May 2022 and a member of Athena Alliance since July 2024. Nina has previously held significant roles, including Global Head of Employee Experience at Celonis and Head of Internal & Executive Communications at Pinterest, where strategic communications and crisis management were key focuses. Nina's prior experience includes leading global communications at Gap and various roles at Google, where significant contributions were made to HR communications, learning and development, and executive communications. Nina holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Wesleyan University.
