Franz Zeiser's work experience starts in 2009 when they joined Bavaria Yachtbau GmbH as a Senior Manager Strategic Sourcing. Franz later became the Head of Purchasing and then the Director of Outsourcing. In 2018, they moved on to Heinrich Woerner GmbH as the Operations Director. In 2019, Zeiser joined Axopar Boats Poland as a Member of the Management Board and also took on the role of Production Director at Axopar Boats. In 2022, they were promoted to Chief Production Officer at Axopar Boats.
Franz Zeiser attended VWA Nürnberg from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a degree in Betriebswirtschaft and became a Betriebswirt VWA.
