Jason Neo has a strong background in customer service, business intelligence, and business planning. Jason started their career at M1 Limited in 2003, where they worked as a Sales & Acquisition Senior Team Manager until 2010. From 2010 to 2011, Jason worked at Infocomm Asia Holdings as a Manager for Regional Customer Service. Since 2011, they have been with AXS Pte Ltd, starting as a Manager for Customer Service before advancing to Assistant Director and later Director. In their current role, Jason is responsible for customer service, business intelligence, and business planning.
Jason Neo completed a Diploma in Electrical Engineering at Singapore Polytechnic from 1992 to 1995. Jason later pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Management at Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) University from 2006 to 2008.
