Laura Marin-Kohlbaum serves as the CEO of Axsys Romania since September 2022. Previously, Laura held various roles, including Advisor in Business and IT Management at GB Global Blockchain AG from November 2018 to September 2022 and Chief Transformation Officer at HTSS from April 2019 to June 2022, where responsibilities included leading organizational transformation towards customer-centric, cloud-ready products. As the Founder and Managing Partner of IT Advisors from June 2011 to September 2022, Laura successfully managed projects across multiple industries. Laura's earlier career includes positions such as Head of Customer Service at Boom TV and Customer Service and Loyalty Director at ALTEX Romania. Laura holds an Executive MBA from The University of Sheffield and several certifications, including Certified Product Owner and Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance, among other qualifications in strategic management and entrepreneurship.
