S.N. George Chu has extensive work experience in the technology industry. S.N. George worked at AXT, Inc. as the VP of Technology and Chief Scientist from October 2015 to present. Prior to that, they were the Chief Scientist at AXT, Inc. starting in April 2012. S.N. George also worked as a Senior Director at Multiplex Inc starting in March 2012. In addition, they have a long history with Bell Laboratories (AT&T/Lucent Technologies) where they held the position of DMTS from February 1980 to December 2002.
S.N. George Chu obtained a Ph.D in Materials Science from the University of Rochester in 1977.
