Mike Strong has a diverse and extensive work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Mike started their career as a Sr. Human Resources and Staffing Manager at DHL Worldwide Express in 1990 and stayed with the company until 1995. Mike then worked at E*TRADE Financial as the Director of Global Staffing from 1998 to 2001. In 2005, they joined Google as a Sr. Executive Leadership Recruiter for a year. From 2006 to 2008, Mike worked at SAP as Head of Executive Search for SAP Development Labs. Currently, they are Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at Axway, where they have been since 2012.
