Alissa Christoforou is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in healthcare and business operations. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of International Operations at Aya Healthcare since June 2025, Alissa leads the expansion of Workforce Optimization in Europe, fostering collaborations to enhance healthcare staffing solutions. Prior positions include Chief Revenue Officer at GHR Healthcare, where Alissa drove significant revenue growth and built a high-performing sales team, and various leadership roles within GHR, including Senior Vice President of Business Development.
