Kaitlin Taff is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with extensive experience in healthcare recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Aya Healthcare since November 2021, Kaitlin effectively manages the entire recruitment process and acts as a trusted advisor to hiring managers. Prior to this, Kaitlin spent over six years at AMN Healthcare in various roles, including Talent Acquisition Supervisor, where management of recruitment processes and a team was paramount. Kaitlin also has a background in customer service, having worked in roles at Nordstrom and Walgreens, complimented by internships, including the Disney College Program.
