Sean Williamson

Sean Williamson currently serves as the Director of SaaS and Strategic Transactions and Senior Corporate Counsel at Aya Healthcare since August 2023. As a Co-Founder of Maneful since April 2018, Sean has leveraged entrepreneurial skills to drive growth and develop expertise in strategic planning, team leadership, financial management, and business development. Previous roles include Head of Partnerships & Legal at SoWork, Principal at Mammoth Cyber, and Counsel at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, where Sean focused on technology and corporate transactions. Early career experience includes positions as a Law Clerk at various prestigious firms and organizations after earning a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School and a B.A. in International Relations from Michigan State University.
