Early career experiences include internships at the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey, the Ministry of Customs and Trade, and the Institute of Public Administration for Turkey and the Middle East. Atilla holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Public Administration from Middle East Technical University, a Master's degree in Business Administration from Bahcesehir University, and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Anadolu University.
