Yılmaz Yıldırım has extensive experience in the electromechanical manufacturing sector, currently serving as Production Leader at Ayesaş since September 2007, where leadership is provided to a team of over 50 individuals specializing in wire harness and mechanical product manufacturing. Yılmaz has also held the roles of Project Manager for national and international defense projects, Training Coordinator for production staff, and Production Engineer, overseeing all production activities at Ayesaş and vendor facilities. Prior experience includes a position as Process Engineer at TEI Tusas Engine Industry, focusing on sheet metal fabrication and aircraft parts manufacturing, and a brief role as Technical Responsible at the Chamber of Mechanical Engineers. Yılmaz began their professional journey as an Apprentice at FNSS Defense Systems while attaining a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Middle East Technical University.
