Olowo-n'djo Tchala is a seasoned entrepreneur and community leader with extensive experience in founding and leading various organizations. As Founder and CEO of AYÉYA since January 2023 and Black Buffalo International since 2017, Tchala has demonstrated a commitment to innovation and business development. Additionally, Tchala has served as President of the Global Alliance for Community Empowerment since 2005 and has been the Founder and Chairman of Agbanga Karite Alaffia SARL since 2003. Tchala previously held the role of Founder and CEO at Alaffia from 2003 to 2022. Tchala holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Theory from the University of California, Davis.
