Rodrigo Falcon's work experience begins in 2006 at IBM, where they worked as a Desarrollador tecnologia mainframe. Rodrigo was responsible for analyzing and developing software for internal projects at IBM, with a focus on mainframe technology, JCL, COBOL, PL1, IMS, and 3-tier programming. Rodrigo also had experience with DB2 database architecture. In 2009, they joined Capgemini as a Team Manager, overseeing project management, client relations, and resource tracking. Rodrigo later became an Acting Manager, responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and meeting operational indicators. In 2016, Rodrigo joined AYIGROUP as a Manager, where their role involved managing various business units and ensuring customer satisfaction and operational metrics.
Rodrigo Falcon obtained their first degree, a Licenciado en sistemas informaticos, specializing in Gestión de proyectos, from Universidad Nacional de Lomas de Zamora between 2009 and 2011. Prior to that, they pursued their studies at Instituto superior de formación técnica 182 from 2002 to 2008, where they earned a degree in Analista de sistemas with a focus on Desarrollo de Software.
