Magdalena Burzyńska

Magdalena Burzyńska serves as the ESG International Director at Ayming since May 2013, bringing over a decade of experience in managing teams and business P&L while driving sustainable transformations aligned with global ESG standards. Previously, Magdalena held the role of Managing Director Poland, where P&L responsibility led to strategic successes, notably a robust turnaround that resulted in two-digit revenue growth year-over-year and the successful market introduction of new products like the R&D Tax Credit. Earlier roles at Alma Consulting Group included Consulting Director Poland, where product launches in the tax and procurement sectors were achieved, as well as positions focused on new product development across various European markets. Magdalena's educational background includes a General Management Program from Harvard Business School, studies at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, and a Master's degree in Law from Uniwersytet Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej w Lublinie.
