Tal Tsfany

Tal Tsfany serves as the President & CEO of the Ayn Rand Institute since June 2018, focusing on promoting Ayn Rand's philosophy of Objectivism. As a co-founder of the Ayn Rand Center Israel, Tsfany has been integral in fostering awareness and acceptance of these principles. Previous positions include Vice President of Customer Success for the Americas at MuleSoft, Chief Customer Officer and Board Member at Base CRM, and various leadership roles at Amdocs, where management of a $400M business and development of innovative solutions were significant achievements. With an MBA in Business Management and a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Ben Gurion University, Tsfany has also held leadership roles at John Bryce Training and Kidum, emphasizing business growth and market performance.

Ayn Rand Institute

The Ayn Rand Institute (ARI), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization headquartered in Irvine, California, works to introduce young people to Ayn Rand’s novels, to support scholarship and research based on her ideas, and to promote the principles of reason, rational self-interest, individual rights and laissez-faire capitalism to the widest possible audience. The Institute is named for novelist-philosopher Ayn Rand (1905-1982), who is best known for her novels The Fountainhead and Atlas Shrugged.
