Clients benefit from his well over three decades of experience in the management and design of urban and rural roadway projects. Michael Noesen has been in Tampa the vast majority of that time, working on projects for the Florida Department of Transportation and county, city, and private clients.
He manages design and construction projects and provides transportation engineering support. His responsibilities include project management; quality control; roadway design; reports; quantities; construction cost estimates; utility coordination; and assembling plans, specifications, and estimates packages.
