Rose Spero has a diverse work experience background. Rose started working as a Retirement Plan Specialist at Northern Capital Management, Inc in 2007 and held this position until 2013. In 2015, they held multiple roles in different organizations. Rose was a College Prep Advisor at Transcend Academy from January to November 2015. From February to December 2015, they served as the Communications Director at Rise. In November 2015, they joined Polaris (formerly Polaris Project) as an Operations Manager and worked there until March 2017. Lastly, they have been working as Director of Operations at Ayuda since March 2017, and their employment there is ongoing.

Rose Spero has a diverse education history. In 2003, they enrolled in Whitworth University and completed their Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Communication. During their undergraduate years, they also pursued minors in Spanish and Leadership. Following this, in 2013, they attended the University of Glasgow and obtained a Master's Degree in Equality & Human Rights in 2014. To further enhance their skills in nonprofit management, they pursued a Nonprofit Executive Management Certificate at Georgetown University, which they are expected to complete in 2023. In addition to their formal education, Rose has obtained several certifications including the FINRA Series 66 License and the FINRA Series 7 License from FINRA, as well as a Public Notary certification from the Washington State Licensing.

Through its offices in Takoma, DC and Falls Church, VA, Ayuda has amassed a 40-year history of providing critical services on a wide range of issues, and in the process, has acquired nationally recognized expertise in immigration law, domestic violence and human trafficking, among other fields.
