In 2014, Jocelyn co-founded Willrose Inc. Their most recent roles include Senior Director of Marketing Science and VP of Insights & Analytics at Ayzenberg, where they oversaw strategy, research, data analytics, and reporting teams.

Jocelyn Swift Harjes holds a BBA in Interactive Marketing from Western Connecticut State University. Jocelyn also obtained various certifications including Sprinklr Insight: Crisis Research, Sprinklr Social Analyst Pro, and others in the field of marketing and analytics.
