Jess Harris has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. They currently serve as the Head of Performance Marketing & Digital Strategy at Azamara since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Director, Digital Activation at Bloomin' Brands, Inc. from January 2021 to August 2022. From March 2016 to October 2020, they were a Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group. They also worked at American Express as a Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy from 2014 to 2016, where they were responsible for launching new card products and developing cross-sell strategies. Before that, they were a Consultant at ZS Associates from 2012 to 2014, providing strategic recommendations to pharmaceutical clients. Their early career includes a role as an Underwriting Specialist at AIG Private Client Group from 2005 to 2010, where they managed insurance risks and built broker relationships.

Jess Harris holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration from Point Loma Nazarene University, which was earned from 2002 to 2005. Later, from 2010 to 2012, Jess pursued an MBA in Strategy & Marketing from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
