Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. for a period of 15 years. Michelle's skills and expertise in HR make their a valuable asset to any organization.
Michelle Dunn completed their education at Florida International University, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) in Human Resources Management and Services in 2006. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management with a focus on Hospitality Administration/Management in 1998. Additionally, they received the Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute in 2007.
