Patrick Gray is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in systems analysis and support within the hospitality and cruise industries. Currently serving as the IT Lead for Shipboard Products at Azamara since January 2022, Patrick previously held managerial and analytical roles at Crystal Cruises and Holland America Line, focusing on IT systems and production support. With technical expertise in Oracle database management, Fidelio PMS/SPMS, and Micros POS, Patrick's career also includes a foundational role as a Support Analyst at MICROS Systems Inc. Earlier experience includes supervisory and associate positions at Chartwells Higher Ed, where Patrick developed employee relations and instructional skills. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
