Robin Hendricks, M.Ed., CEC is currently the Head of Talent Enablement at Azamara, where they are responsible for creating and leading the talent strategy for the full employee life cycle. Earlier in their career, Robin worked as the Director of Communications at MEBN | Medical Education Broadcast Network, where they were responsible for all external and internal strategic communication channels. They also played a role in achieving the company's INC 500 industry profile and coordinating organization-wide accreditation processes.

Additionally, Robin has experience as the Director of Information Management at Cancer Treatment Centers of America from 1991 to 2002.

Robin Hendricks, M.Ed., CEC holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Organizational Leadership from Marquette University.
