Fariyaz Rustamov

Fariyaz Rustamov possesses extensive experience in project management within the construction and engineering sectors, currently serving as Head of PMO at the Construction Project Management Department of Azerbaijan Railways since June 2023. Prior roles include Project Manager at HECOTEC Industrial Development Company and Worley, and Construction Superintendent at Saipem, along with significant engineering positions at SOCAR and Saipem-Azfen JV. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Middle East Technical University, an MBA in Organization Management from Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University and Georgia State University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Anadolu University.
