Turkan Shahvaladli

Turkan Shahvaladli is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as a Leading HR Specialist at Azərbaycan Dəmir Yolları - ADY / Azerbaijan Railways since August 2022. Prior to this role, Turkan held positions as a Chief Specialist in the HR department and at Baku "ASAN service" center No.1 with the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of Azerbaijan from April 2019 to April 2022. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Marketing from Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC), obtained in June 2019, and currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) at Khazar University, expected to complete in June 2025.
