Araz Aslanli

Araz Aslanli is a seasoned academic and strategic leader currently serving as the Vice-Rector for Strategic Development at Azerbaijan Tourism and Management University since October 2023. Aslanli has held the position of Chairman at the Caucasian Center for International Relations and Strategic Studies (QAFSAM) since December 2006 and has contributed to higher education as a University Lecturer at Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) and a Lecturer at Khazar University since 2014 and 2008, respectively. Previously, Aslanli served as Vice Rector and Head of Department at the Academy of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan until October 2023. Earlier in the career, Aslanli was a Researcher at the Eurasian Center for Strategic Studies (ASAM) from January 2000 to February 2004. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Public Administration from Hacettepe University, a Master's degree in Political Science and Public Administration from Ankara University, and a PhD in International Relations from Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University.
