Irina Abbasova

Irina Abbasova currently serves as the Head of Data Architecture and Engineering Unit, Head of Advance Analytics Engineering Unit, and Head of IT EDWH/BI Unit at Azerconnect Group since February 2017. Prior to this role, Irina held the position of Head of Billing Development Sub Unit at Bakcell from 2013 to February 2017 and worked as an IT Support operator at Bakcell from 2007 to 2009. Irina's early career includes experience in video assemblage and graphics for ANS TV from 2002 to 2007, as well as administrative roles in the Baku city Narimanov district Taxes Department and as a Young Coordinator for the Jewish Agency For Israel. Irina holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University and is currently pursuing further education at MIT Sloan School of Management.
