Narmin Aliyeva

Narmin Aliyeva serves as the Head of Planning and Performance Reporting at the Procurement Division and previously held the positions of Head of Central Support and Budgeting and Head of Central Support and Site Administration at Azerconnect Group since October 2017. In these roles, Narmin specializes in budget planning, improving budget control, and ensuring project execution within financial and temporal constraints while coordinating annual operational and procurement plans. Prior to Azerconnect Group, Narmin worked at Bakcell from May 2006 to October 2017, advancing from Contract Controller to Head of Central Support Unit, where responsibilities included document management, budget oversight, and staff supervision. Narmin holds a Master's degree in Germanistik from Azerbaijan State University of Languages and has international educational experience at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz.
