Rauf Ramazanov

Rauf Ramazanov is a seasoned professional in telecommunications with extensive experience in data traffic management and core network operations. Currently serving as Head of IT Data Traffic Management System & VAS Development at Azerconnect LLC since February 2017, Rauf previously held key positions at Bakcell from August 2009 to February 2017, including Head of Data Traffic Management System Sub-Unit and Packet Switch Core Operations Team Leader. Rauf's expertise encompasses management, configuration, and optimization of core systems, leading implementation projects, and overseeing customer complaints. Rauf holds two Bachelor's degrees in Telecommunications from Azerbaijan Technological University, completed between 2004 and 2008.
