Inbal Elazar has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Inbal currently holds the position of Director of Innovation and Strategic Partnerships at Azrieli Group, where they are responsible for designing and building innovative solutions to meet the organization's business needs. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Corporate Innovation and Business Development at CREATORS_, where they executed large-scale innovation projects to achieve business goals. In addition, they served as a Mentor and Teacher Assistant at IDC Herzliya - Global MBA Program and as the Director of Community Outreach at Israel Ministry of Tourism. Inbal also has experience as a Business Analyst at Selina and as a Co-Founder and Public Relations Director at Amit La'Derech. Inbal began their career as an Adjutant Officer in the Israel Defense Forces.
Inbal Elazar attended Reichman University from 2013 to 2016, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies. Following this, in 2016 to 2017, they enrolled in the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University to further their studies in Communication and Media Studies at a graduate level. After a brief break, they returned to academia in 2019 and completed their Master of Arts in Human Computer Interaction (HCI) at milab - Media Innovation Lab in 2021.

Azrieli Group Ltd also fully owns the Azrieli Center in Tel Aviv, Herzliya Business Park complex and the Modiin City Center.
