Tosca Crosby has a strong background in facilities management, with extensive experience in overseeing the construction, planning, and management of office spaces. Tosca began their career at the National Rifle Association in 1994, initially working as an Admin before transitioning to a Facilities Manager role in 1999. During their time there, they negotiated and monitored building service contracts and managed a yearly budget of $1.5 million.
In 2007, Tosca joined L3Harris Technologies as a Facilities Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing all aspects of new space construction, including site selection, lease negotiations, budget preparation and management, and space planning. Tosca also served as a liaison between the company and various landlords across the US. Additionally, they provided oversight for the Shipping & Receiving area, including staff management and policy development.
