Sherri Palopoli

Sherri Palopoli serves as the Director of Human Resources for Allentown Operations and the PA Distribution Center at B. Braun Medical Inc. since November 2017. Prior to this role, Sherri worked at Mack Trucks from June 2006 to November 2017, holding various positions including Manager of Human Resources, where responsibilities included transforming the HR department to an HR Business Partner Model and overseeing HR and Training Development teams for a large manufacturing unit. Sherri's earlier roles at Mack Trucks involved managing significant workforce operations, including a multi-shift manufacturing facility and leading labor relations and contract negotiations. Sherri holds a J.D. from Penn State Dickinson Law, an MBA in Business Administration and Management from DeSales University, and a B.A. from the University of Virginia, with additional coursework in Human Resource Management from Saint Joseph's University.
